Amy Dyer

Amy, an internationally educated and certified elementary teacher, is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Education at Ontario Tech University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, USA. Amy is passionate about educational technologies’ impact on learning, pedagogy, online curriculum development, equitable technology access, and E-Learning equity. This aligns with her role in the EILAB, allowing her to explore Human-Computer-Human Interaction (HCHI) with collaborative learning models like the Fully Online Learning Community (FOLC). Her research interests include E-Learning equity, inclusive online course design, instructional design, online curriculum development, technology and learning, K-12 and higher education classroom technology use, web-based learning tools, virtual environment creation, assessment, and technologies to enhance online learning.
