Herry has spent more than twenty years working together with leaders and professionals in multinational companies in various industries, including retail, banking, automotive, manufacturing, forestry, fast-moving consumer goods, and higher education institutions. He is currently working as a learning & development professional and an educator to enable people to unleash their potential and develop their competencies. He is passionate about finding ways to help people learn effectively. His research interests lie in the areas of educational technology, online learning, cognitive presence, social presence, digital space, collaborative learning, problem-based learning, curriculum development, and instructional design by using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods approaches. He holds a degree in Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
