Marvin Mnaymneh is an associate researcher at Ontario Tech University affiliated with the EILab. Marvin works in developing training for, and transitioning new and experimental digital communication tools directly to the Education Portfolio department at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Marvin prepares digital readiness activities for current and new healthcare workers. His BA thesis work involved producing a blending learning environment for new nurses working in the area of Infectious Disease and collecting data using mixed-methods then analyzing the results for comparison data. Marvin would like to continue pursuing an interest in Computational Health Informatics by infusing new technology geared towards helping healthcare workers in the area of retention.
