Farheen Zaidi is the Assistant Director of Calendar and Curriculum at York University, bringing over ten years of experience in higher education. She previously worked at Toronto Metropolitan University as a Curriculum Specialist, focusing on developing the ‘TechTalent Accelerator Program’ in collaboration with leading industry experts.

Farheen has also consulted on academic curriculum, pedagogy, and technological implementation for educational purposes, spanning from K-12 to various organizations. Additionally, she has collaborated with several non-profit organizations to raise awareness about women’s health in third-world countries. Her work primarily centers on leveraging technological affordances to enhance the educational experiences of learners.

Farheen holds an M.Ed. from Ontario Tech University and is currently pursuing an EdD from the same institution.
